Kickboxing develops strength, speed and balance while improving coordination, discipline and self-control. It helps students build confidence, concentration and situational awareness, and complements physical fitness with mental resilience. In competitive events athletes are tested on technique, timing and sportsmanship. The winner was Reyansh Raghuveer Poojari.
Yoga is an important part of our school's wellness programme. Regular yoga practice helps students build flexibility, balance, concentration and emotional resilience. During the sessions shown here, students practised foundational breathing exercises, simple standing and seated poses, and guided relaxation — all adapted to suit different age groups. These activities were held in the school hall under teacher supervision and are part of our ongoing effort to promote physical fitness and mindful behaviour.
